1. Create Your Account

Start by creating your Dollsbeauty account:

Click Register in the top menu
Fill in your email and password
Verify your email address
Complete your profile information

Having an account lets you track orders and save favorites!

2. Add Delivery Address

Set up your delivery information:

Go to My Account → Address
Click My profile
Fill in your complete delivery address
Save as default for faster checkout

You can add multiple addresses for different locations!

3. Find Products

Discover products in multiple ways:

Browse Categories: Skincare, Body Care, Supplements, etc.
Search: Use search bar for specific products
Featured Products: Check homepage for best deals
Special Offers: View discounted items

4. Add to Cart or Wishlist

Manage your shopping items:

Add to Cart: Click "Add to Cart" for immediate purchase
Add to Wishlist: Click ♡ heart icon to save for later
View cart anytime by clicking cart icon
Items stay in cart until you checkout or remove them

5. Manage Cart & Updates

Review and modify your cart:

Change quantities using + and - buttons
Remove items with trash icon
View total price including shipping
Apply discount codes in the cart

Cart items are saved even if you leave the site!

6. Apply Discounts & Checkout

Complete your purchase:

Click Proceed to Checkout
Enter discount code in "Coupon Code" field
Click Apply Coupon to see savings
Review order summary and totals
Confirm delivery address

7. Choose Payment Method

Select how you want to pay:

Card Payment: Secure card processing
Mobile Money: M-Pesa, Tigo Pesa, Airtel Money
Cash on Delivery: Pay when you receive

You'll receive USSD prompt for mobile payments

All payments are secure and encrypted

8. Order Confirmation

After successful payment:

Email Confirmation: Sent to your registered email
SMS Notification: Message to your phone number
Order Tracking: Track status in "My Orders"
Support: Contact us if you need help

Check your email for order details and tracking information!
