Return & Refund Policy

Please read this policy carefully before making a return request.
Return Window
- You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- Some products may have different return policies (e.g., perishable goods). These will be clearly marked on the product page.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened personal care products (lotions, creams, etc.)
- Gift cards
- Products marked as "final sale"
- Custom or personalized items
Return Process
- Contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@dollsbeautystore.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will email you a Return Authorization Number and instructions.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
- Include the completed return form (provided with your order).
- Ship the package to the address we provide.
Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- For cash on delivery orders, refunds will be issued via mobile money or bank transfer.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include photos of the damaged item and packaging.
- We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Return Shipping
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
- dollsbeauty is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.
